Dr Bortnem performed arthroscopy on my knee. the srugery was fine... I was still experiencing sharp pain several months after surgery. I went in to get a followup to see what was going on, his response "it's just going to hurt now" DID NOT EVEN EXAMINE THE KNEE TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANOTHER ISSUE! Another couple months the pain has subsided a little and Physical therapy wasn't helping much, The pain was getting worse again, this time I go into the walkin clinic, and get diagnosed with a sprained ligament. This could have been diagnnosed earlier if Keith would have just taken a look at it instead of brushing it off

Terrible! Disrespectful! Didn't go over my most recent MRI and did nothing but belittle me, demean me, and make me feel less than a human being who wants to get life back to normal.
