In May 2019 when I was 74 years old, Dr. Blum diagnosed me with a cerebral hematoma in the emergency room after he found bleeding between my brain and my skull after a fall I had five weeks before that. He performed surgery to drain the blood. His care in the hospital and his aftercare appointments in his office were excellent! Today Dr, Blum discharged me from his care. In the hospital and in his office he always listened carefully to what I told him and had a caring and respectful attitude. He certainly has a wonderful bedside manner! I highly recommend him for neuro care and treatment!

My identical twin boys were diagnosed with metopic craniosynostosis shortly after birth, which required surgery for their brains to grow properly. After some going back and forth with referrals, we were told Dr. Blum would review their case as he is pretty much constantly overbooked, as he is the only pediatric neurosurgeon in Las Vegas. He has a calm professional energy that is perfrect for the anxiety of having children requiring neurosurgery. They finally had their surgery this month at 11 months of age, and the outcome has been incredible. They are simply different boys now, so much happier and healthier. Dr. Blum and Dr. Menezes are an incredible duo, and the Las Vegas valley is lucky to have them. Thank you so much for saving my sons Dr. Blum. We will be forever grateful for you and Dr. Menezes.
P.S. You will wait a while in the front office. This guy is the only pediatric neurosurgeon for the entire Las Vegas valley. Be patient and thankful you are there.

ON Feb. 5 Dr. Blum inserted a shunk in my wifes brain..Until that morning I was carrying her around, changing her diaper, reminding her I was her husband of 35 years..Feb 8,this same women was walking around, restarting to have control of her bladder and bowel, and remembering who I was...Her procedure was for normal hydrocehalus. Her problem was nothing "normal"..Thank you Doctor..

My one year old daughter had a head trauma and needed emergency surgery. Dr Blum was her surgeon and did an excellent job with my daughters surgery. Not only did he do a great job but he is very kind and informative and really helped us get through this traumatic experience. My son was in a bad car accident with a TBI and Dr. Blum was there for him the whole way. He needed an emergency craniotomy and the doctor stayed late on a Saturday night to perform it. He has excellent skills and a great bedside manner. He truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have spinal stenosis that has progressed to crippling my lower back and Dr Blum gave me my life back from the pain that l lived with for years.He wasn't quick to cut but took a really good look at every angle of my spine and what would help me the most.Im so pleased.Just two weeks post surgery and my pain is so reduced.Thank you Dr Blum and your office staff.

I have seen Dr. Blum twice and I can honestly say that in a town full of unfortunately dishonest medical professionals, Dr. Blum is a blessing! He took the time to take a full history, answer all my questions, he is very pleasant to talk to, totally does not have that arrogant god complex a lot of surgeons have, and best of all he was completely honest with me that I did NOT need surgery and told me exactly what treatment plan to follow. I fully trust him and highly recommend him.

WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NON-PRESSURE HYDROCEPHALUS. HAD A VENTRICULAR SHUNT IMPLANTED. AFTER A LITTLE OVER ONE MONTH MY PHYSICAL BALANCE IS 90-95 % BACK, AND MY MENTAL IS 75% AND IMPROVING DAILY. GREAT RESULTS FROM A GREAT DOCTOR!

We recently met Dr. Blum after he operated on our brother, my sister and I believe he saved his life and limited the damage he sustained. Dr. Blum was very courteous and professional. Dr. Blum explained everything to us in an easy to understand way. I agree, he is a master at his profession. There were many compliments on the operation he performed from other doctors and nurses. Dr. Blum completed a surgery on me to save my life, he removed a portion of my skull, and later put it back. Not only does my head look exactly as it did prior to the 2 surgeries (removal and replacement) but his staff handles business throughly, patiently, and are very thorough with their follow up for appointments and all important information. Dr. Blum creates a comfortable environment in his office and also when with him, he's a master at his craft leaving you feeling confident. Thank You

Dr. Blum did surgery on my 5 month old daughter, I have received positive feedback about Dr.Blum prior to meeting him and prior to surgery from a couple of mothers whose child had surgery with Dr. Blum, and who admired him.
