Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Robert III "I am a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with subspecialty interest in disorders of the hand and wrist. I have also obtained a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand following advanced Fellowship training in Hand and Microsurgery. I was born and raised here in New Orleans and completed almost all of my education here in town as well. I am very pleased to be a partner in the Bone and Joint Clinic which has been serving Greater New Orleans from the Westbank since 1969. I look forward to working with my patients on an individual and personal level. I believe it is imperative to ensure that patients are both educated about their condition as well as involved in their treatment decisions. This can only be achieved with thorough communication. I will personally perform your evaluation and discuss all of the findings and options with you. Only after all of the benefits and implications of the different treatments have been explained can proper decisions be made."

He is a wonderful doctor. Already recommended him to a customer of mine. surgery went very well. Only problem is the wait time to see him in the office is well over an hour or two. But I guess you have to wait for the best!
