My husband and I are exceptionally satisfied with Dr Mortazavi. He is thorough, knowledgeable, caring and very proactive with our health needs. We are so happy to have found such an amazing PCP who makes us feel we are important and not just another. Looking forward to many more years with this superb Physician. He is a Godsend to us both. Highly highly recommend Dr Mortazavi to anyone whom is looking for an excellent PCP. We were not given the care the last 2 years from our last doctor that we were given in just ONE DAY from him. So very happy that we changed and have a beyond and above doctor that is considerate and compassionate as well.

I greatly appreciate this office for the care they give their patients. The staff makes the office a very pleasant and comfortable environment and have a way of keeping you at ease when you visit. Dr. Mortazavi listens with care and gives his best recommendations, without hesitation. Dr. Mortazavi has been our family PCP for 2 years, helping us navigate multiple serious health conditions. He and Doreen have always been patient and compassionate, prompt and professional...listens to concerns and answer any questions, never dismissive. Everything a health care provider should be! Office support staff 5? also. Luv this team!

This was my first visit. I felt comfortable from the first introduction to the office personnel . Which then met the doctors assistant to review case history. Shortly after I met the doctor - very professional. The visit was smooth - done in a timely manner. Looking forward to my follow up visits - 10 points in appreciation all the way around
