Dr. Shawchuck impressed me tremendously. She was kind, warm, and patient. She took all the time that was needed to make sure I understood what was going on and to make sure my questions were thoroughly answered. She seemed not just highly competent, but genuinely compassionate. While the wait time occasionally went a little long, I just remembered that someone else was getting the kind of care they deserved during a difficult time, and I didn't really mind.
