Dr Karandish is a straight forward and doesn’t miss a beat. I went to 4 different doctors about my illness, Dr K new what was wrong with me as soon as he listened to my current health issues. Other docs didn’t have a clue!!! I been seeing Dr K for 5 years.

I see that Karandish has many five star reviews. Half of them must be fake & done by him, his family, & staff. The other half are likely done by his patients who are young and/or have daddy issues (and have the need to be disrespected by an obnoxious alpha male). This “doctor” is loud, condescending, greedy, sexist, etc. He is deeply offended by signs of life; such as wrinkles, extra weight, & any disease. Don’t you know that anything & everything that is “wrong” with you is because you are a bad human being? Also, your wrinkles are hideous. No matter what brought you in to see him, he begins with a rushed & incomplete exam. Next, he gives a (snake oil) sales pitch that will destroy your self esteem. Then you leave with a stack of brochures of procedures & ridiculously priced vitamins. Your symptoms are always secondary to your looks. Ignore the positive reviews. They cannot be legitimate. Save yourself & go to any doctor that is not Karandish. He is the worse doctor ever.

Grandma – Feb 17, 2021
Dr. Karandish displayed unprofessional conduct in several areas. Besides his general lack of interest in my care, he was more interested in selling his various remedies, products and cosmetic procedures. He spent the majority of our appointments selling these services. He would start by pointing out flaws, such as thinning hair and wrinkles. His manner was insulting and demeaning as he critiqued me. I'm embarrassed to admit that I was actually taken in because his comments made me feel bad about my looks. I should add that the procedure made absolutely no difference whatsoever! He acted more as a cosmetic specialist than as a medical doctor concerned about my health. Although cosmetic procedures are part of his business, it shouldn't take precedence over my general well being.

Dr Karandish is my new Dr. as I just move to the area. He did a full lab work up on me and discovered things my old Dr in Oregon failed to find. He has been very helpful at getting my overall health in check and I’m feeling SO much better. He is kind and caring and I am thankful to have him as my Dr.

Dina Leavitt – Jan 10, 2020
My mother had irregular lab results (pertaining to her liver)- January of 2016. Karandish did not notify her of the irregularities. In a follow-up appointment months later, they passively mentioned the irregularity. They tested her again, and asked her to come back the following week to review results. She called numerous times (4) the following week, no call backs. She went to the office and demanded results. They refused until she yelled, demanding to see them. Results showed evidence of pancreatic cancer- this was officially diagnosed in August (8 months after initial tests). She was gone a year-and-a-half later. If Dr. Karandish would have notified her in January (following her initial tests), she could have been referred earlier to a specialist, who would have been able to take immediate action. Why did Dr. Karandish not return her numerous calls? In exam records, Dr. Karandish stated that he had done additional tests and exams on other abdominal areas, when in fact he had not.

He is more interested in getting you to have a cosmetic procedure than spending time listening to what is wrong with you and then explaining to you what he is going to prescribe and why? He always seems to not have time for you. Always rushing you out.I am not happy with his overall care as a general practitioner.

Karandish is such a terrible doctor that I don’t know how he keeps his medical license. He is arrogant & rude. He has a medical scribe, assistant, & a student following him so the examining room is full. He seems to love having all eyes on him. He makes a commotion as he barks out orders to the patient & his staff. Don’t ask questions because he becomes snide & sarcastic. His examination of the patient is so rushed that it would be impossible for him to gather any information. He incorrectly diagnosed me. Part of his business is anti-aging & most of the visit consists of him pushing procedures & vitamins that promotes a youthful look. This made me feel ugly for having signs of aging. On 3 different visits & he shamed employees for making minor errors. I have a new doctor now. I recommend you not waste your time & money seeing this greedy, poor excuse of a doctor. Shame on you, Dr. Patel, for selling your practice to Karandish, leaving your loyal patients scrambling for a good doctor.

Usually he was very nice to me. But as the clinic got larger he kept forgetting to give me the creams and prescriptions that I needed at all. He refused to give me the correct dose on my blood pressure medicine so I am switching Dr.'s. I need my blood pressure medicine for my kidney disfunction so I had to override him and call my kidney Dr. who gladly gave me the correct prescription. Thumb Butte Medical Center is fired! Bad Dr.s.

Dr. Kaveh Karandish is overbearing, paternalistic, egotistical, loud, a homophobe, and a jerk. I would never be seen by him again. He is nowhere near as good as Dr. Askari. I don't recommend anyone take Dr. Karandish as their doctor.

I do not recommend Dr. Karandish! This doctor is rude and belittling. He does not listen nor care about what you have to say. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. He treated my spouse and I like we had dementia and were too stupid to make decisions for ourselves. He acted like a know-it-all and constantly interupted us when we spoke. BEWARE! This doctor is dangerous! He does what he wants and as a patient, you have no say in the matter. We will not be returning.

DO NOT see Karandish!! Zero respect for patients! Refused to refill my rx I've been taking for 6 years, said he didn't agree with Askari's dosage. He gave me 10 pills instead of the usual 30 to last me a MONTH. Accused me of drug seeking, interrupted me every time I talked, he saw me for less than 3 minutes! He stood in the open doorway, he loudly reprimanded me in front of my daughter when I told him that 10 pills won't last me a month. Never been treated this way! Why is he working there?

I did not feel as I was treated as a family member. During my initial visit, he did not touch any part of my body. His PA did that. When I had my follow up visit, he still did not touch me. I asked about a breast exam since it was my annual visit. No he does not do that and he ordered a mammogram so didn't feel it was necessary. He did not originally order a urinalysis and I had to request it. I felt he had one foot out the door the entire time. He did not meet my expectations.
