Dr. Kavian Milani completed his undergraduate degree at George Mason University, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1990. He then pursued his medical degree and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Virginia in 1998.
In recognition of excellence in clinical expertise and patient care, Dr. Milani was named both a Washingtonian and Consumer's Checkbook Top Doctor in 2005. Additionally, he was presented with the Service Award from the Tahirih Justice Center in 2002.
Dr. Milani currently holds teaching positions as an Assistant Professor at both the University of Virginia and George Washington University. He is also a diplomate of the American Academy of Family Medicine.
