During our last visit, my child was surprised to find out about a wellness shot. He threw a fit and I was able to calm him down after about 20 mins. Once he was calm, he took his shot! After the nurse was done and left, the door was closed. With tears in his eyes, my son asked me if he could curse out of frustration. I said he could. He screamed out a profanity. Dr. Johnson came in a minute later and told my son that she overheard his use of profanity was exceptionally offended. First, she decided to parent my child, and then she warned my son that use of profanity is wrong, and wrote (emphasis) in his chart that my son was warned and that if he ever (emphasis) uttered a profanity again in the office, he would be kicked out of the practice. So, an 8 year old with special needs who was thoughtful enough to ask if he could express his frustration with 1 word of profanity after having been stuck with a needle isn't welcome in this practice. Understood.

She awesome! She understand my family history is breast cancer and insisted me to do a MRI which detect my earlier stage of breast cancer. Because the mammogram every year did not show any abnormal condition. Thanks for Dr. Johnson and the whole team.

I am 66 year old woman with congenital heart issues. I needed a new internist after my long time doctor became ill. My cardiologist recommended Dr. Johnson as a doctor who was interested in heart conditions. I am really happy with her level of care, interest and response. She is a vital part of my team. Very easy to talk to and quickly responds to messages left on Mychart.

I see Dr. Johnson for adult internal medicine; she does not do just pediatrics. I love her. She is one of the most responsive and respectful physicians I have dealt with.
