I had my top surgery with Dr. Rumer last year and I haven't put my shirt back on since. Just had my 1 year follow-up and I couldn't be happier. She has always been very professional, available, compassionate and knowledgeable. There are docs near me that do it, but I am glad I made the trip.My...more

Please do not go forward with surgery with Dr. Rumer. Our story is sad, long but true. Suffice it to say that I believe her to be unethical, uncaring and in it for the money. After three months of terrible follow up, lies, and overt unprofessionalism we cancelled our daughters bottom surgery TWO...more

We worked feverously with the patient's insurance company to expedited approval for the procedure so the patient had adequate recovery time prior to beginning at a new school. Our payment policy was discussed at the consultation, included in a pre-op document and discussed again at the pre-op appointment. Not receiving payment when due we left unreturned voicemail messages, followed-up with three emails reminding them of their overdue payment. They decided to cancel rather than paying their bill

She doesn't know what she's talking about when she explains a specific issue at hand. I really wonder how she came this far as a surgeon. She botched my partner's top surgery and another friend's bottom surgery. So sad people like her exist in the surgery field.
