I am suffering from a back injury and waited 6+months to get an appointment. Dr. Gilbin was very unprepared, did not take any notes, kept asking the same questions & seemed very annoyed during our appointment. My husband and I had to pull answers out of her. She even rolled her eyes after we asked her to clarify something! Eventually she told us that another series of injections may be beneficial... Then a week later the receptionist (not medical staff) told me there is nothing they can do!
