at first I thought it was a hurried visit ..but I did the follow up visit and I timed the actual Doctor's time with me..it was almost 4 minutes...I was billed for a long visit...I also noticed that they sent my labs to a lab that was not in network...they could have sent them to LabCorp (I confirmed this) Causing a 577.95 withdrawal from my HRA....got no resolve from office..also it took 3 days for my rx to be called in...I will be canceling my upcoming visit and funding another dermatologist

Starting with the rude receptionist during scheduling to over a month later trying to get someone to call in my prescription, this entire team is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone visit them. Dr. Smith is very impersonable. I feel as though she made zero effort to develop a relationship with me or understand my concerns. She didn’t even introduce herself upon entering the exam room. I felt very uncomfortable during the visit. It was as if she didn’t have time to see me du

The basis for my bad experience; unethical behavior, mishandling of personal information, withholding lab results therefore delaying necessary treatment, miscommunication between Dr. Smith and staff about medication, staff passing as nurses, rude and condescending front office, disrespectful and inadequate knowledge from "nurse", and exorbitant rates. Dr. Smith may have some expertise, but she is either taking on too many patients or she just can't handle the load so patients suffer.

I took my teenage daughter there today because of exasperating acne. The staff was very friendly and professional, the office itself was lovely and immaculate, and Dr. Smith expertly came up with a plan to help. She clearly knows what she’s doing and I feel my daughter will now receive the help she needs. I’m thrilled.

She and the nurse made it clear they had better thinks to do than offer me the service I’d come in for. No time for questions etc. and I had to almost force them to conduct the device I came in for.

Appreciative As a new patient, I expected to have difficulty obtaining an initial appointment. They were able to schedule me the following week. The doctor and office staff are knowledgeable and empathetic. When one treatment did not work for me, the doctor was quickly able to provide another more long-term solution to my issue. The doctor's expertise in immunodermatology was greatly appreciated.

Luckily, there are a lot of dermatologists in this area so if you are getting a mole removed for analysis then go elsewhere. Wait times, loss/misplacement of my lab results and a doctor that cannot translate medical speak into plain language are the notable low lights. If you care to hear more, my entire story is below. I went to Dr. Smith on 5/16/18 where I waited 40 minutes to be taken back. I had a mole removed and was told that I would be contacted in two weeks with the results by a staff

My experience with Dr. Smith has been great. I went to four different doctors and spent several years trying to find out what was causing my hands and feet to itch, scale, and peel. The condition made me miserable, and the medication I was given provided little relief. Dr. Smith accurately diagnosed my condition, and, most important, found the right prescription. My condition is now under control, and my quality life is 100% better. She knows what she's doing, and I'm grateful.

You won’t find a more attentive and thorough dermatologist anywhere. Dr. Smith has treated my son for chronic skin conditions; everything from eczema to staph infections. She’s always on top of of the medical records and spends time to get the entire story and will work with you to find medications that will be covered by insurance. Since using her, my mom, sister and friends have all gone to her for everything from cosmetic to clinical, and have all really liked her. Her staff are all nice!
