Extremely knowledgable and professional. Yes, there is typically a long wait time...but in my opinion, waiting an hour for my child to have the very best care is worth it. She is direct and to the point, which is refreshing. We have been seeing her for over 5 years with our children who were both born with clubfoot and there is no other physician i would take them to. Dr McHale has a very busy practice and always try to accommodate her patients. That said - some things are worth the wait.

She always and I mean ALWAYS runs late. Even when I make it so I'm the first patient of the day... 30 minutes late! She misdiagnosed my daughter twice. It was as if she was just grabbing at straws instead of telling us upfront, she didn't know what was the problem. We wasted so much time and energy! The most frustrating thing however is she wouldn't look at me or acknowledged my presence. She would only talk to my 11 year old and was extremely rude to her. So very unprofessional. A waste of 8mos
