Absolutely love Dr. Seymour. She sees both of my kids and always always spends time with us. She explains everything thoroughly, and often asks follow up questions at our next visit. Her medical knowledge and brilliance is evident when you interact with her, but she's never condescending. Would recommend her to anyone.

It was very difficult to get an appointment. You can't ever reach a person on the phone. It took me three days to get my my appointment scheduled. I saw Dr. Seymour and she missed something important I had written down on my form. She didn't say much and didn't ask me questions. I felt as though I was left to ask her and try to figure out what I needed myself. Her communication skills are horrible and after I verbally told Carrie Ledbetter, the Director of Clinical Operations and the front des

Dr Seymour is intelligent and personable. She is willing to share healthcare decisions with a knowledgeable patient rather than be authoritarian. She is also a lively human and that makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience.

She always listens intently to my problems and gets things taken care of quickly! I am so glad to have her as my PCP. I've never had a long office wait, and she and her nurses respond to my messages in a very timely manner.

Very disappointed in experience. Felt my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. Actually never spoke to Dr. Seymour except for the 3-5 minutes she was in the exam room with me when she basically told me there was not much she could do for me.

Dr. Seymour is the best family doctor I’ve ever been to. She cares about her patients. She always explains your options and makes you feel comfortable with the choice of action. If your in or around the Nashville area I highly recommend her. Also her nurse is equally as amazing!

After numerous appointments trying to find a doctor who TRULY cared, I was about to give up when I was blessed to find Dr. Seymour. She listens intently. I had a few sad things to tell her re: my health, and I could tell her heart went out to me. I thank God for a THOROUGH & CARING doctor like her. I have been needing to travel to & from a my other home the past few years, and I feel confident in her helping me alongside my doctor of 20 years to help me with my many serious health needs. A+!!!

Very happy with Dr. Seymour, her staff and St. Thomas. She ask why you are in the office, listens to your reply, has follow-up questions, and never seems to be in a hurry or dismissive. Dr. Seymour is our family physician and everyone in our family is pleased with her knowledge and patient care.

After my 90 year old mother in law lost her long time doctor, we were referred to Dr. Seymour. Dr. Seymour is in the same group as a doctor that I have been seeing for several years so I already knew the level of care to expect. AWESOME! That is how I will describe Dr. Seymour and her capable staff. Caring and kind, taking the time to listen and to explain. Consults with the other doctors that treat the patient. Thank you Dr. Seymour!

I was very disappointed. She did nothing for me at all. I left the office and just cried. I wanted so badly to find someone who cared. She doesn't. Don't waste your time.
