Dr Ruzhansky is a Neurologist who treats Myasenthia Gravis and other Diseases . She is a Board Member of the Myasenthia Gravis Foundation in NY as well as a Medical Advisor . By any standard , she would be considered a highly knowledgeable Dr on a very complicated illness . I am a regular Patient of Dr Ruzhansky and have seen her 4 times in 2019 with 1 more Appointment in December . She chooses to follow me closely which I appreciate . It’s important to have a good Patient- Dr relationship with any illness and especially MG . It’s a frustrating and chronic illness . But , I feel I am in highly skilled hands with her and have utmost confidence . She encouraged me to register with the MG Foundation and I have done so .

Dr. Ruzhansky is now with M.U.S.C in Charleston and I saw her in their neighboring Mt neighboring Mt Pleasant off Pleasant office in April 2018. She was very knowledgeable about my specific problem, addressed it clearly, was patient in addressing my questions ( I am 75), gave me a helpful "exit note" and was, overall, very nice. I was seen on time and the "registration/check out:" process was painless as well. I recommend Dr Ruzhansky without hesitation

Saw Dr. Ruzhansky for my neuropathy. My condition continues to worsen, especially over the past year. Dr. Ruzhansky is the 15th Doctor I have seen about my neuropathy and she is definitely the most knowledgeable of the bunch. She performed a thorough exam, ordered blood work and fully explained what is going on with me. She even provided me the information in writing, which I appreciated. She is obviously a very, very smart cookie. She was pleasant and engaging. I highly recommend her.
