completed new patient paper work over a week ago. told i’d be called to set up appointment. never received a call. called them today and front desk “ Betsy” rudely transferred me to off mngr. he condescendingly barked how “busy they were”. i responded they should tell folks that their too busy for new patients. so i’d choose another less busy office. he rudely told me that “i can go wherever i want”. i said “good day”. i won’t put up w that attitude from anyone. i’ll become a patient where i’m appreciated and treated well. My entire family sees Dr Haley. She is wonderful. Never rushes you. Takes all your concerns seriously. She even listened to my 7 year old ramble about star wars for a very long time and never made him feel like he was annoying her. She is just amazing. Her whole staff is.

I finally found the perfect Dr as primary care. Dr Haley is exactly what others described; compassionate, friendly. With mask and shield I can easily see her kind, smiling eyes which put me at ease being it’s my first visit. She took the time to listen and explained things clearly. I am more than happy.
