Recently, we took our 88 year old mother to see Dr. Longfellow. We have been seeing doctors for over a year dealing with her Tinnitus. Dr. Longfellow went above and beyond trying to find some relief for her. To our amazement, Dr. Longfellow changed some medications and made some suggestions. As a result, we have our mom back again. Everyone that Mom deals with comments on how much better she is now. Although the tinnitus is still there, it is manageable. Thank you Dr. Longfellow.

This review is not about Dr. Longfellow per se. It is about her practice organization, or rather disorganization. There is NO access to her by telephone. Everything must go through the hospital phone system: wait time 5 and 10 minutes. Then a message is left for Dr. Longfellow's "nurse." who is undertrained for the position, in my opinion. Because she is not an RN, she doesn't seem to understand when something needs immediate follow up. Follow through for medication refills is very poor.

Dr. Longfellow is an excellent doctor who helped me with my essential tremors. I found her to be kind and dedicated to her profession. I am able to type again thanks to her. I met her when she was working at the VA in Seattle. I have no idea about her current office environment.
