Dr. Undesser and his staff are always professional but caring. Both he and his nurse show interest in what I have to say and answer my questions in layman's terms to assure my best understanding. I am always comfortable and I know I am in excellent hands from the time I walk in the door until I check out at the front desk. The convenience of an option to schedule my checkups at one of several different locations is much appreciated.
