I can honestly say that I really liked Dr Pankratz. I felt I could trust him with my surgery. However, when it came to dealing with my insurance for approval on my procedure, his staff and Dr Pankratz completely dropped the ball. I called and called, and left message after massage trying to get in touch with him to no avail. I had done all the leg work, but he dropped the ball and didn’t contact my insurance for a peer to peer conference. Now, one week and three day’s later, they still have not done the peer to peer conference, and I am left in pain, and searching for a new surgeon! I really like him, but he needs better office help and better overall communication. I’m very disappointed in the way things were handled.
