I just saw Dr Kuwick on March 5. He was very nice. Talked in words that you understand. He told me knee replacement are in my near future but did not push it.

Dr. Kuwik was very exacting in his surgical method, and his aftercare and recovery, including physical therapy. The care I received at Trumbull was excellent. But the high standards that Dr. Kuwik maintains are what really set the tone for the entire experience. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a hip replacement, as I did. I went from being in a lot of pain, to looking forward to golfing in May. Can't wait!

On July 30,2018 Dr. Kuwik performed a total left hip replacement on me with the assistance of Mako robotic system. I am ecstatic at the fantastic results of my surgery and most of all the recovery process! I can't even begin to express my satisfaction and respect to Dr. Kuwik . He is a compassionate doctor that spends plenty of time with his patients explaining in detail what the procedure and recovery time will be like! Very thorough and competent surgeon! I have recommended him to my friends!

I came to see Dr. Kuwik in January 2018, at that time I could barely walk due to a really bad knee. I had an incident in 1983 and the knee's condition was constantly deteriorating, as well as my life's quality since I, as I said, I could almost no longer walking, leaving alone running, my favorite sport activity. I had surgery on feb. 12th 2018, to make it short: fantastic, after 4 months I forgot of having a bad knee :-) I will be grateful to Dr. Kuwik for the rest of my life!

I would recommend Dr.Kuwik to family and friends and have already spread my success story to every person on my facebook list. It has been 6 years since i have felt this good. I came out of recovery with absolutely no pain.I have lived with chronic back pain for 10 years but it got so bad in 2003 that i had 2 surgeries and was no longer able to work. Dr. Kuwik kept telling me that I had to understand that my hip replacement was only going to fix my hip pain but not my back. I have been blessed .

I would highly recommend Dr. Kuwik to anyone who would need ortho services. I have suffered for many years with hip pain which had severely decreased my quality of life. He is understanding as well as professional as to every individual struggle/journey. I am so thankful that I was referred to this practice and more especially this doctor. I will see him again in about a year for my other hip.

Very nice personality, polite but totally missed my diagnosis. I came to him a year ago on hip pain. My PCP was in process of ordering MRI of hip. He told me not to waste my time and get MRI of back instead. He reassured me nothing was wrong with my hip. 1 year later wasting my time (while in extreme pain) on useless epidurals, PT ect. Finally got the MRI of hip. I have a torn labrum of hip!!Thanks for nothing!

I found DR. Kuwik to be very professional and caring . I would definitely recommend him to any one needing hip surgery. I had hip replacement surgery on 11/2/2016 and was back to work as an automobile technician ( very physically taxing field of endeavor) on 2/1/2017 and all is going well. Thank you Dr. Kuwik.

He came right away when they called for a specialist. We had been waiting for 3 days because there was a mixup somewhere. He was new in town but I would recommend him in the highest anytime!
