Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Krieger "I think that each patient should be treated like a member of your family, a mother or a father. I operate at New York Presbyterian Hospital because I have an opportunity to provide outstanding, state of the art care to each patient. In the last 25 years, we have completed over 30,000 cardiac operations with one of the lowest mortality rates in the country. We have an outstanding cardiac program because Cornell has attracted the best cardiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff in the country --- I am honored to have a leadership role on such a team."
