Thank you for providing feedback as it allows us to always improve what we are doing. I wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologize for this experience. It is not one that I would want for any of my patients. We have completely re-vamped our patient Access and Outcomes center since your visit and I can assure you that the current situation is 180 degrees different than it was in the previous space and practice. Please let us know how we can help at any time. New number 833-UTCARES.
