I am a very busy person and this doctor’s office is not conducive to anyone who is expected to be seen on time. I usually schedule my appointments to be the last one of the day due to my works schedule and still get seen hours after my appointment time. I know if I am ever scheduled to her office...Read More

Dr. Smith has been my pcm since 2009. Unfortunately, although she is a good and caring doctor the situation in her office has gotten progressively worse. The TRUE average wait time is more likely 1 1/2-3 hrs. I have often had to wait nearly an hour just to have vitals taken only to be moved to...Read More

She took the time to explain to me what I was feeling, from the physical to theemotional symptoms. It is a shame that I can...Read More

Went one day at 2 pm and did not leave until 6 30 pm. it is ridiculous. She won't even touch you other than to look at your...Read More

I was a new patient and was told to arrive 20 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 1:40 for my 2pm appointment. I was not checked in or even acknowledged until 2:15. After being checked in I wasn't even given any paperwork to fill out. At 3:20 a nurse finally came in...Read More
