I am a family physician. I try to listen and engage my patients in their care. I stay up to date through journals, CME conferences and the internet. I worked as a respiratory technican in high school, and i enjoyed caring for patients, seeing results of the treatments, and dealing with families. I decided to pursue becoming a doctors to continue these enjoyable things.
I chose to be Family Medicine doctor while working with 2 family physicians as preceptors in my Comprehensive Care Clinic in the 3rd adn 4th years of medical school. Their expertise, kindness and contentment with their careeers provided a touchstone for me from which to work in Family Medicine
