Fills her waiting room with patients and then just doesn't show up for her first appointment for HOURS! It's not uncommon to wait 2 to 5 hours for an established appointment. This happens almost every appointment. Then when she finally sees you she talks about how unreasonable her paitents are never asking any real medical questions about how you are doing. Worst doctor I've ever seen. I asked to be weaned off my medication for 2 years and was stuck in this terrible situation because of Workers Comp. She made a mistake and didn't get her prescription pads in leaving patients in withdrawal for weeks. I took this as a sign and weaned myself off cold turkey which is life-threatening. I never went back and consider myself lucky to have survived this.

Always running 2-3 hrs behind. It takes 3-4 months to get a report that ordinarily should take 2-3 weeks, if that long. Office staff blames Dr Perl. Had to change Dr. Should’ve listened to OWCP nurse a long time ago.

my husband went to her back in 2013 he has rsd and she did her best to make him comfortable and to treat him she was very blunt about the treatments and did explain what the success rate for all of the treatment were unfournately none of the treatments benefited my husband enough to keep up with the treatments but i would recommend her she cared about her patients and their well being

Dearest Dr.Karen Pearl (BONES), Just leaving a review of your practice doesn't seem like enough to THANK YOU and your AWESOME STAFF for giving me back my life. Over the several years that you've been treating me I have prospered, and learned that I can trust in the medical profession again. I know it's not healthy to look backwards about life but I can't help thinking about how different things would be if only I had found you when I was first injured in 2003. All I can do is THANK GOD for you!

Dr. Perl has helped me out of several deep dark places of pain. Dr. Perl doesn't coddle whiners. I think that makes her stronger and better at what she does. I want to get better, and she can make it happen.

Dr. Perl is an excellent doctor. She listens to everything that I have to say. She is very caring and has a great bedside manner. I am moving back to the Ft . Worth area and she is the only doctor I will see for my pain. I have had seven back surgeries and she is the only one who has been able to give me my quality of life back!!
