I saw dr. lee 4x over a 2 year period. She just looks at computer, hardly any eye contact, never examined me on the exam table. Impossible to get an appointment over the phone. Very uncaring dr. I have a rare blood cancer...she told me repeatedly that she does not know anything about this cancer. She does not want to know....shows no compassion. I am glad I found another kind dr. after my oncologist insisted I consider changing from Dr. Lee. Very sad experience. I have seen many people including myself leave that horrible office in tears.

My wife has a serious illness that has required two hospitalizations in the last two months. Recently, we called our primary care physician for help, only to discover that he had submitted his resignation from the practice that day. Her specialist was on vacation. Dr. Lee took over immediately and did an outstanding job of coordinating the efforts of the hospital Emergency Room, the hospital doctor and my wife’s specialist ‘s office. Dr. Lee was very empathetic to our situation, and is, obviously, a person of action - which we appreciated very much.

I have seen Dr. Lee for my physicals, injuries and the occasional cold. She has not hesitated to refer me to another physician if necessary. Never has she ordered "too many tests"..she ordered what was necessary. She is a very kind doctor..quiet but easy to talk to.

Al of my experiences with Dr. Karen Lee have been positive. She listens well, asks good questions and offers useful suggestions. We have found her attentive to our health concerns -- she actively listens and asks good questions to clarify her understanding. In addition, we have found she is helpful if specialists might be needed. My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Karen Lee.

a very cold, timid individual, spent first 5” of visit telling me which RXs she doesn’t ever prescribe, before looking at my medical history or examining me. Her exam was very cursory. She referred me to 4 specialists though she had current reports from all of them in the chart. In short, if you just want a wellness checkup or have a cold, she may suffice; if you have anything serious, it has to slap her in the face, & she still doesn’t know what to do. I’m a retired PCP; she isn’t a good one.

During my physical Dr. Lee reviewed ALL of my concerns. She did not push any unnecessary test on me or deny me of anything that I felt necessary. She does have a very fast pace approach (talking and moving from one topic to the next), but she never pushed me out the door either. She spent 40-45 minutes with me on family history, what things we should do now and in the future. I don't know many doctors that spend that much time on a patient. I would recommend online scheduling vs calling.

One star is too much. Dr completely uninterested in me, wouldn't even look me in the eye, instead staring at her computer. Very uncaring, instead complaining to me about doctors aren't getting paid enough. Office staff never returned phone calls despite numerous requests. Worst doctor/patient experience I have ever had. Will not prescribe refill medications without an office visit so another ins claim can be submitted. Forget about any emergency appointments, she suggests urgent care instead.
