I found Dr. Kim to be pleasant & knowledgeable but felt she was more interested in selling me on a procedure. The first time I went, I pretended I had a wedding that weekend to avoid deciding on fillers right there. I later had fillers & all seemed well until 2 months after when I did not see any difference (had a prepicture). Went back & she claimed big difference (assistant dutifully agreed). She recommended 2nd "round" and I did it. $1800 later plus consult and I am not thrilled.

Dr. Kim has treated both my husband and me for various skin conditions and for me cosmetic procedures. Dr. Kim is highly credentialed, well educated, knowledgeable and she has a warm and caring manner. My husband had skin cancer on his face which Dr. Kim removed using the Moh's procedure. Due to her expertise and skill using this procedure, she addressed the issue effectively,my husband has no visible scars.Dr. Kim has injected both fillers and Botox in my face and I have been extremely happy.

Dr. Kim is understanding, and really goes over the best treatment plan, for you. I had a really bad motorcycle accident and some of my skin healed with keloids and they were so bad to the point I could barely walk, I was restricted to say the least. After months of working with me for feel great and I don't feel restricted.

I spent 150 dollars of out of pocket money to see one of supposedly the best acne scar removal doctors, but rather have saved 150 dollars else wear. I first waited 45 minutes to see her and the appointment only lasted 10 minutes and she did not get up to examine my face until my mom (who is a NP) did so. She claimed from her seat she could see the scaring and too a teenage girl who can not afford a 1500 dollar per treatment (needs 2-5 times) and I was told it could even make my acne worse

Dr. Kim saw our 17 year old daughter for an acne scar consult. After a 45 minute wait, Dr. Kim sat on her stool the entire visit. She did not exam my daughter's skin (or make a teen feel at ease for that matter). Dr. Kim offered one option only costing $1500 per session (not covered by insurance) recommending 2 to 4 sessions. We paid $150 for the visit (required) for no exam and a sales pitch (rather than good medical care with options). She should know better.
