Dr. Saraf is the people's doctor. His bedside manners are excellent when dealing with his patient's and he always listens intently to the patient's problem. Dr. Saraf, has a good sense of humor, he responds immediately to his e-mails, and will try to reach his patients by cell or home phone. I have also received injections for arthritis pain and the surgery for the implant of a SCS went very well. Dr. Saraf is a good doctor, and will be greatly missed. Farewell and best wishes.

I've seen so many doctors over the past several years about my neck and back pain. They all either said they cannot do anything about it, offered me more surgery (I’ve already had three surgeries and each makes me worse), offered me more medications. None of them knew what is wrong with me. Dr. Saraf walked into the room, and from the first second, was the most pleasant doctor experience I’ve ever had. He spoke with me about all I’ve been through. He reviewed records. He showed me a lot of pictures on the internet about what the problem is with my body and he told me exactly how he is going to fix me. I’ve been dealing with severe pain for more than 10 years. This man met with me one time in his office and then scheduled me for a procedure. I have been ABSOLUTELY PAIN FREE for about ten months now. My life has truly changed. I cannot ever go back to the painful life I had before. I am writing this now because my niece came to visit with her new baby and I played wit

I left Dr. Saraf's office feeling belittled, judged, disregarded, hopeless and disrespected. I don't understand why anyone would choose to specialize in pain management when they have such poor communication skills, complete lack of empathy and terrible bedside manner. I wish my PCP hadn't referred me to Dr. Saraf because meeting him did more harm than good. He was arrogant and exceptionally rude

Dr. Kamran Saraf is not just an "anesthesiologist." He is one of the foremost Pain Management doctors in the Washington DC Area. Dr. Saraf *listens* and observes you before examining / testing. Then he tells you the options you have. He treated me for lumbar spinal pain control and was remarkable. I come from an extended family full of doctors, and can tell when they are in practice for building up a medical corporation or actually treating people.

Dr. Saraf has been my pain management doctor for over 1 year. He has help treat me with nerve and disc pain. I had a procedure scheduled that my insurance company denied. I sent him the information as did the Commissioners office asking for medical record and reason why. I called the office last Friday and was told he is no longer with KurePain Management? I am very disappointed with this practice that they could not notify their patients and not I have no MD to provide the info to appeal.

Dr Saraf has helped to significantly improve my neck pain in a short period of time. I had gone to another pain mgmt. practice for years and they gave me prescription after prescription. However, Dr. Saraf immediately identified the problems and started aggressive treatment. I have received more relief in 6 months of seeing Dr. Saraf than the other pain mgmt. practice gave me in over 4 years. Dr Saraf is an amazing gentle doctor who thoroughly answers your questions and concerns.

I went to see Dr Saraf regarding my migraines that would seem to never go away. He was able to see me almost right away and his staff was super helpful when I came in. His bedside manner is very friendly and he was able to assess exactly what was going on and take care of the pain and the actual root of the problem very efficiently. I don't usually write reviews but thought this was a perfect time to break my silence. Go see him now.

He is so nice and welcoming! Always without exception has a huge smile on his face. I went to him for my own pain issue, which is now so much better thanks to him. I asked a question about my mom. I have been searching for a diagnosis for my mom for years. No doctor has been able to figure it out. He said the name of a disorder, googled it for me, showed me photos, printed an article. It is exactly my moms issue and we are going for a fix. GENIUS Doctor!!!!
