Pros: Location and support staff Cons: Long wait time, cramped treatment rooms and Mr. doctor is smug/arrogant

Dr. Saraf is very professional and takes time to listen to the patient. He has been a great help to me. My pain is almost completely relieved and it feels wonderful! He is a very personable and punctual. His staff works great as a team to help him treat his patients. Everyone is wonderful at his office.

Dr. Saraf seems like a very nice and caring doctor upon meeting him. It seems after he looks into your potential for his financial gain, he can be quite smug, dismissive, rude and even judgemental of the patient. If you have the ACA, your chances of getting the help you need from Dr. Saraf are unlikely. He treated me with complete disregard and no compassion but he did it with a great big smile on his face. Sorry my insurance doesn't pay as well as others. I believe I am worthy of quality care.

Really a great guy! He made my wife and I feel at ease. He is really personable and a genuinely funny guy. He spent a long time explaining everything to us and the treatment options. My wife and I discussed later on that we felt like we were talking to our son or our nephew. I think half her pain went away just from the way he put us at ease and made us laugh. Needless to say: 5 stars!

Visited Dr. Saraf after leaving my first provider in disgust. I was initially put off by his age but, he quickly gained my trust through his matter of fact attitude, listening to and respecting my feedback on the course of treatment. Very pleased with the outcome.
