Care Philosophy

I am a board certified orthopedic surgeon who practices general orthopedics, and I am also sub specialized in Foot & Ankle Surgery. In my office I see and treat patients with all orthopedic conditions. Most orthopedic conditions can be successfully treated with non-surgical treatments. As an Orthopedic Surgeon I am trained not only in the surgical management of orthopedic problems but also the non-surgical treatment.

As a fellowship trained orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon I take of all foot and ankle conditions. My approach to foot and ankle problems starts with non-surgical treatments to manage your specific condition. Many foot and ankle conditions are successfully managed without surgery, but as a Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon I am able to offer my patients the most modern surgical techniques for their foot/ankle condition.

Dr. Weather all is fabulous orthopedic surgeon with a bedside manner rarely seen in doctors. He is patient and kind and actually takes the time to talk and explain what is best for you. His staff is also extremely helpful. I had a complicated situation with many obstacles and he and his staff were there to help every step along the way. I am very satisfied.
