This being my first interaction with Dr. Strickland, I felt comfortable and at ease as he explained the treatment options for my shoulder injury. The manner in which he explained the injury and the proposed courses of treatment/repair was very thorough, leaving me with very few questions. I can't say that I am looking forward to the surgery, however I feel that Dr. Strickland has prepared me as well as can be expected for the procedure.

Dr Strickland performed my sons surgeries and he did an excellent job. I do have issues with the support staff, primarily the ladies at the front desk. They’re extremely unfriendly and make you stand at their sign, I waited multiple minutes one day and they weren’t helping anyone else and wouldn’t at a minimum greet me to let me know they’d be with me shortly. Common courtesy is sorely lacking which is disappointing because it’s a good practice.

Dr. Strickland took my referral and worked with my doctor and I on getting a second shoulder surgery in to take care of a remaining problem after I had a rotator cuff surgery from somewhere else. While the surgery elsewhere was ok, the other staff dropped the ball on the follow-up. Dr. Strickland and his staff worked with my insurance timeline and my needs still existing in the shoulder and fixed the problems. His staff is great and friendly. The only downside is I prefer my PTs over theirs.

Dr. Strickland did my carpal tunnel surgery. He is a very compassionate doctor and really cares about his patients. He listened to my concerns and explained the procedure to me so I could understand. I would recommend Dr. Strickland to my immediate family and anyone else who is looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate doctor.

Please avoid this doctor at all cost. Rude, intitled, judgemental, cocky and no bedside manner whatsoever. I have quite a few tattoos and was basically treated like I was an idiot and or uneducated. Runs on his time, and has no respect for yours I waited 2 hours to see him and I was never even given the decency to say I'm sorry.
