Saw him as an emergency surgery patient. He and his work are the best. That's my only contact, was lucky to get him. The facility where he has privileges has the worst level of care I've seen in my 65 years. Doctors on other services ignored his recommendations, resulting in the possible destruction of his wonderful work. That will be possibly much to my regret.

Saw Dr. O'Guinn for the first time today and I'm So Impressed. Knee Replacement may not be the answer. I'm so happy to know he will look for other ways and problems that may be causing such pain. As long as I can put this surgery off the better I feel. So good to have hope for getting my life back

After seeing several other orthopedic surgeons, I finally found one worth keeping! He's great about spending time, asks good questions, listens, offers options, listens to my ideas, and has impressive experience. I've had previous hip injections that were painful ordeals and not helpful. When O'Guinn gave me an injection in his office, so no hospital costs, it was smooth and actually effective! No bruises, needle holes, reactions or trauma. This guy is awesome, and I highly recommend him!

Dr. O'Guinn is a kind, caring, professional doctor. It is unfortunate that he is associated with the Presbyterian Healthcare System. The healthcare system is plagued with incompetence and complete lack of regard. Do not consult Dr. O'Guinn via the Presbyterian Healthcare System.
