What People Say About Dr. Justin Douglas, MD

My experience with Dr. Douglas’ office was poor. I would hope that a doctor would take my hearing loss as seriously as I. But after an hour-and-a-half wait after my appointed time, I kindly asked for a refund on my copay and left. There may be several good reasons for the backlog, but neither the staff nor Dr. Douglas seemed concerned. I cannot speak to Dr. Douglas’ level of care, but if the way I was treated is any indication, I’m sure I made the right decision to find another doctor.

Don't even waste your time. It's a pain to get in to see him at the Princeton, WV office. At 35, I had 3 different medical professionals tell me I needed to have my tonsils removed. Dr. Douglas is the only one at the practice that does surgery. He refused. He says I have TMJ. I have exactly ZERO TMJ symptoms. So now, I'm 2 weeks from insurance deductible resetting and still have the same problems I started with SIX months ago! Go somewhere else!

I feel Dr. Douglas is very knowledgeable and explains your condition in details that you can understand. He takes an interest and does not make me feel that I'm intruding on his time. He makes suggestions and explains why and also will be very up front about your condition as to whether he can or cannot help. Will take appropriate action to get to bottom of your problem, be it a scan, mri, or more simple treatment such as using certain nasal sprays. I feel very comfortable with him.
