One of the best in Florida
I went in with chronic sinus issues and was advised by Dr Casey and his staff. I did proceed with a surgical option in house and I was impressed by the staff, the doctors and patient care I received. If you have sinus issues in SW Florida, you will not be disappointed talking to Dr. Casey.

Dr Casey was rude and dismissive. Seemed to treat anything other that the problem I came in for. He talked down to me. When I tried to change to another doctor in the practice I was refused. This is causing me to drive 40 miles to get treatment. I would recommend that people stay clear of Dr Casey and the practice.

Dr. Casey is the best ENT doctor’s I’ve experience
Now living a normal life breathing through both nostrils. Sleep through the night for the first time in my life. It’s been 6 months since Dr. Casey performed procedure for deviated septum. The procedure was in the office with his excellent support staff. No pain with procedure and home the same day. His follow up is terrific. A brilliant ENT who has great treatment, communication skills with compassion for my specific situation. Dr. Casey is on my short list of OUTSTANDING doctors.

So glad I saw Dr. Casey
It took me a long time, and MANY friends' doctors' recommendations for Dr Casey until I went to his office. It starts with his front staff who are simply great. The nurses in the clinic and in the OR are excellent. Dr Casey is simply amazing. Great doctor. Caring, compassionate, professional, and so very knowledgable. Explained things so well, and took great care of me every step of the way.

I was going to write a detailed report of how rudely I was treated by the receptionists at the 39 Barklay Circle location, specially the tall short haired and short dark haired receptionists, on my three appointments there. After reading all of the numerous complaints for the same issues, I realized it would be an exercise in futility. Obviously the Doctors/Managers do not read these comments, that they are soliciting, or simply don't care. I was CEO for a manuf company and our Customer Service understood that the Customer was King that their salary, benefits and jobs were the result of the Customers. Apparently ENT Specialists do not share that philosophy and are getting business from Doctors referrals and for now have sufficient business to warrant their indifference. Maybe we as patients should also send our comments too our referring Physicians! That's what I'm going to do!

Just another Number
I went in because on potential polyps on my throat. Dr. Casey zero effort getting to know me. He went straight in and once he was done with the scope, he stepped back and started reciting what he wanted his assistant to take note in the computer. Meanwhile, the things that he was saying was extremely alarming to me...that there was a "very, very large mass" that would need to be removed and biopsy done to check for cancer. He wasn't looking at me or talking to me. I sat there with tears building up and scared that I might have cancer. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a physician. He handed me a pamphlet to quit smoking and sent me on my way to get with scheduling. My frustrations continued for a week when I requested copies of my medical records to better understand the Doctor's findings. Everyone kept pushing me to someone else instead of trying to help the patient and put me at ease. I got a 2nd opinion. I will be going with a more compassionate Doc.

I found Dr Casey to be skillful, empathetic, compassionate, and caring. I had a sinus tumor that was operated on 3 times previously(kept coming back) before seeing Dr Casey. It is almost 2 years since he operated. He is a skilled surgeon and the tumor has not reoccurred. Each visit and the surgery with Dr Casey has more than met my expectations. I am so glad to have found him. He has always explained everything in detail and I have been well cared for. He has my complete confidence. I am extremely satisfied and I think he is the best!

Was so pleased with my first visit to Dr. Casey. He reviewed my history, my scans and did an exam. He was not aggressively interested in trying medications; rather in my trying to remedy the problem with a few easy suggestions and give it some time. Much Appreciated!!!

I had suffered my entire life of a deviated septum which now in my 50's caused me a severe sleep apnea. I couldn't sleep normally anymore without having to wake up in the middle of the night trying to catch a breath. Dr. Casey did a fantastic job in my open septum-rhinoplasty surgery, recovery was quick and literally painless. For the first time that I can ever remember I can breath freely through my nose. I have a better quality of life because of this, and I want to thank Dr. Casey for that.
