Was so pleased with my first visit to Dr. Casey. He reviewed my history, my scans and did an exam. He was not aggressively interested in trying medications; rather in my trying to remedy the problem with a few easy suggestions and give it some time. Much Appreciated!!!

I had suffered my entire life of a deviated septum which now in my 50's caused me a severe sleep apnea. I couldn't sleep normally anymore without having to wake up in the middle of the night trying to catch a breath. Dr. Casey did a fantastic job in my open septum-rhinoplasty surgery, recovery was quick and literally painless. For the first time that I can ever remember I can breath freely through my nose. I have a better quality of life because of this, and I want to thank Dr. Casey for that.

Not impressed. Flew into the room like a bull in a China closet. Greeted me with a fist bump which struck me as unprofessional. Did his exam then refused to render an opinion even though I was sent there for an opinion! The whole visit felt very off.

The best recommendations come from a trusted friend - that's how I found Dr. Casey - and yes, I would absolutely recommend him to others - in fact, I've already sent him a new patient! It was so refreshing to visit an ENT who was more interested in caring for my health needs than he was in giving me a face lift. These days most aspire to be plastic surgeons and it's becoming increasingly difficult to find an ENT specializing in the treatment of sinus disease. Two years ago I had sinus surgery performed by another doctor and continued having sinus "issues" until I went to Dr. Casey. He went right to the heart of the problem, prescribed the right treatment, and in about six weeks I've returned to normal. His support staff was super too. The service was exemplary!

Dr Casey is truly a blessing. He listens, identified the problem and took a quick action I have had a severe cough and trouble breathing since Nov and been to 3 different specialists and no one helped. within 3 weeks of my first visit he saw the issue and performed a procedure and my cough is gone, I can breath better and feel great. He is probably one of the easiest doctors i have ever had to talk to and he sees to it that you are well informed on everything. His entire staff is awesome. I would recommend him for any matter involving the ears, nose and throat. Thanks Dr Casey

If I could give Dr. Casey six stars I would. He solved my husband’s problem that nobody else could; Even the doctors at Robert Wood Johnson in New Jersey. He worked tirelessly with the insurance company to get the procedure covered. He was caring, Thoughtful, patient and thorough. I would highly recommend using Dr. Casey.

I recently met Dr Casey with some concerns with my throat. He was so kind and confident, that when he found the cyst in my throat, I did not hesitate to agree to his plan to remove it. He is very thorough, cares about your comfort, and does not rush through his discussions with you. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and co-workers.

At my initial visit, I found Dr Casey to be thorough both in physical examination and in obtaining full pertinent medical history and condition. I did not feel at all rushed through my appointment and consider that adequate time and sufficient attention were given to evaluation and diagnosis investigation.

This was my initial visit w/Dr. Casey who listened attentively to my issue and concerns. Although I did not receive the immediate resolution I wanted to hear (as we all do), he clearly explained his reasoning to a likely alternative cause, and identified a satisfactory approach to a hopefully beneficial outcome.

My Name is Lorie,I had my first visit with Dr.Casey a couple of months ago.Immediately I had great vibes about him when he entered the room.I had a cyst in my throat. He examined me,read my ultrasound to me and explained to me exactly what it was that I had.He took his time ,sat down and was at eye level with me.He gave me his professional recommendations, and let me go home and think about it.I left there with no unanswered questions. He was warm, and made me feel extremely comfortable. He is very personable,to me that’s very important. He took his time ,and I never felt rushed. While I was reading about Dr.Casey,I found out that he did research at RPI ,in Troy N.Y. Just 10 miles where I’m originally from.instant bond,??His staff is amazing also.I would highly recommend Dr.Casey.He performed my surgery,I had no pain.Im healing amazingly.Thankyou so much Dr.Casey and staff.

For over 40 years I had experienced headaches almost daily. I had been to several doctors (including ENT's) who had me try different fixes for the headaches, but they were all unsuccessful. Late summer in 2019 I found Dr. Justin Casey & decided to try again. After viewing my xrays & MRI's, Dr. Casey called me personally (25 minute call), and detailed for me what he believed was the cause of my "forever" headaches. Surgery was then scheduled for 2 weeks later. In addition to modifying 3 spots on my Septum, Dr. Casey made modifications to my sinus passages. It has been going on 5 months since surgery, & I have yet to have a single headache. There are no words to describe how much Dr. Casey has improved my quality of life. Dr. Casey spent more time with me at every step than I thought possible to make me understand every phase of the surgical process & recovery. If you have sinus related problems, do yourself a favor & see Dr. Justin Casey. He is amazing in all regards!
