Dunkirk, NY |
Too busy for his patients resulting in horribly inadequate care. Doesn't cancel when he can't keep appointments. The office is short staffed or incompetent, not sure which because the only appointment we had scheduled, the doctor did not show up for. Critical medications left unrefilled. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this practice.

Dr Hashim was a good doctor except for the wait time. About 3 months ago he hired 2 incompetent nasty mean doctors. He abandoned all his patients he has been seeing for YEARS and sent them all to these 2 new Doctors. The past 3 months that I went to pick up my scripts they were never sent over. I had to call everyday for over a week then finally went there to get them emailed to pharmaxy. I ended up in the hospital because abruptly stopping the medicine caused me to have seizures.

My daughter was referred by her primary to them because they could get her in within a week. She waited 3 hours in the waiting room and then another 45 min in the patient room. Then the Physican Assissant came in room. Within 20 min he prescribed her meds and told her she is bipolor and has anxiety. What!! She knows she has anxiety. He never asked her anything other than fill out a form. Never evaluated her. Just handed her pills!!! This is whats wrong with our society!! Never going back!!!!!!!!

Takes forever to see doctor. We've had 4 appointments and you sit in his dirty waiting room for 2-3 hours. Our last visit we had Jerry Springer loudly echoing while we waited with the fighting, swearing, and filth. You'll need a therapy session just to get through a visit with such a disorderly environment. Being a mental health counselor it us quite evident they care very little with making there patients feel comfortable, cared for, and treated with unconditional positive regard.
in Buffalo, NY |
Terribly rude and mean. Does not know even basic meds.
