One of the worse doctors I have ever had. Her staff omg they must get their nonchalant no compassion attitude from dr Vaughn. I cannot wait until I can find new doctor to take over my care. Instead of listening she tells you how you are feeling as if you haven't lived in your body. She asks the same question in three different ways as if she is trying to catch you in a lie. . I leave her office anxious and stressed out because she doesn't listen she has poor bedside manners very draining energy

I look forward to my visits to Dr. Vaughn. she is candid and not accusatory or condemning. She is very knowledgeable and shares her wealth of information. The front office though.....not very welcoming. Fortunately, Dr. Vaughn does not stack her patients so she can give each ample attention, so the waiting room time with the front office is not long.

I was experiencing a medical emergency and she was the doctor on call that night. Messages were left with the answering service 3 times between 8:45 and 10 p.m.). Finally, at 1:40 a.m., she called! Her excuse for not calling earlier was that she did not feel well and she turned her phone off. POOR!!!!!!!!! She didn't seem to know or care that my blood sugar was sky high because i had a cortisone injection that caused the problem had elevated it so! WHAT A WASTE!

Her affect is a little flat, she is straight forward and to the point. I appreciate this. Forget bedside manner I just want to know you know what you are doing and as a RN of 30 years I can tell you she knows and if she doesn't she will tell you and follow-up with you and provide an answer. I have seen physicians with great bedside manner and not a clue about much else. Dr. Vaughn is all business as it should be, at least for me. Give me knowledge and competency any day over smiles and jokes

She lacks bedside manner and can be very abrupt. I've been a patient at this practice for almost 20 years and Dr. Vaughn is the 3rd Internist and the worst. On several occasions new physicians within her practice have tried to solicit me from Dr.Vaughn. I was willing to overlook things (settling as we often do) but when the actions of this office started to effect my children (who have only been Dr. Vaughn's patients for about 2 years) I realized it was time to leave.
