Dr. Raymond was very thorough, kind and understanding of my needs. She has a wonderful bedside manner and was willing to answer any and all of my questions. Her staff is top notch too! The ladies were very helpful with my appointments, paperwork and phone calls.

Completely unprofessional and unwilling to listen to concerns of patient. Dismissive. Believes patient concerns, fears, worries are not a part of the treatment. Decides for patients if they are emergent or "can just ignore the large lump in their chest". Very inconsiderate.

Dr Raymond was so compassionate and caring all during my treatment and surgery, always taking lots of time and explaining everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
