I was having pain in my neck and an enlarged lymph node in the same area. The first visit with this dr, she ONLY felt my neck area and told me I might have cancer and thyroid issues so I proceeded with a CT scan and blood work. As it turns out, the scan was normal and so were my labs & I don't have cancer. I trusted this dr. based on the reviews for proper care. I should have known she didn't know what she was talking about based on the sole fact she never looked at my throat and the fact she point blank said I might have cancer based on her first exam with me. It doesn't how fantastic of a dr one may be. I feel those words should never be said to a patient just from looking at them. Thank you for reading. I hope you find the proper care you deserve! Stay safe.

I had difficulties leaving a Google Review because I can't find a Google password, and I was anxious to do so. She deserves the five stars. She was friendly, competent, helpful and quickly corrected an ear problem that had plagued me for years. I would most certainly recommend her highly to anyone who asked for it. Andre Moenssens

I've been waiting a week for her to look at my CT scan and haven't heard back from her. she has had them for a week and I've called three times. every time they say she hasn't looked at them. I am still not better and I am just supposed to suffer. how long does it take to read a stupid scan that you have had for a week? Health care in this country is embarrassing.

Scheduled with Dr Kerr only to have the office staff call three days later to cancel the appointment entirely. Right before the weekend. Waste of my time and health. Could have seen another doctor in the interim.
