Dr. Binder was attentive and thorough during the visit and unrushed. It had been some time since my last visit; she displayed great recall of my condition; I don't believe this was solely from her records. I will soon have an out-patient procedure performed by her. I go to that with a calm confidence.

My experience with her was a pleasure. I had come from a GI doctor I'd been seeing for 15 years so the decision to change came with great concern..Dr. Binder was very patient, understanding and empathetic and kind. She listened to me no matter how long it took, she assured me and gave me confidence in the treatment she had prescribed.

I was impressed and relieved by the fact that Dr. Binder didn't only listen to what was going on with me but also how I felt about it, to help me come up with a plan today for treatment. I felt heard, understood, respected and for the first time in a long time.. genuinely optimistic about getting better. She knows her stuff and she's empathetic (in my experience, with doctors you usually only get one or the other). Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Binder took her time in the consult to discuss all of my concerns, explain the possibilities and options for next steps, and got me scheduled right away. The procedure was smooth, she’s very clear comforting, direct, and honest. So glad I found her.

I thought she was a wonderful doctor and would definitley recommend and refer friends and family to her(I actually already have). Alot of times patients may ask for something ridiculous because they are a doctor that they have to do what the patient says and think they will get it...WRONG! Doctors are here to make you well and whats right for you NOT what you want just because! THANK YOU DR.BINDER for all your care!

Dr Binder is extremely difficult to work with. She has no empathy, compassion, or understanding of her patients. I was seen by her for a gastro problem potentially related to an auto immune disease i have. Rather than taking the time to get to know me and my situation, Dr. Binder treated me as if i was a textbook patient and had no regard for the human side of things. She is a cold, difficult person to work with, who does not care if her patients are experiencing pain. In under 10 mins, she wrote me off as a generic IBS case, despite any prior conditions, or other issues going on. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Julia Binder. She is not on your side, and will NOT go out of her way for any of her patients. All of this is ignoring her horrible, condescending support staff, who could do with a review on their own. All in all, this is a horrible doctors office to go to, and i caution any new patients to seek treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Binder is a wonderful, compassionate physician. She always listens carefully to everything I have to say and cares how I'm doing. And she is thoughtful about the care she delivers - she doesn't just automatically order tons of unnecessary tests. I highly recommend her!

I was so relieved to finally have a GI with seemingly good credentials, however much to my dismay Dr.Binder was not the person she appears to be on paper. Dr. Binder was harried and seemingly irritated from the moment she entered the exam room. She did not look at me when I spoke to her and was completely devoid of empathy and compassion. She has no bedside manner! She told me based on part of a file she received from my prior doctor that everything he said wasn't accurate making me question medical professionals as a whole. She cared very little about the pain I was going through and just gave me the blanket statement of IBS after only a few minutes. She then proceeded to tell me to stop taking all my prescriptions but one and told me if they were helping me it was a "placebo" effect. She refuses to take phone calls of urgency and tells you to go to the hospital if you are in pain. I needed an anti nausea med she refused to refill it with no reason and told me to take over the counter

Office staff member, Cookie was sensational. She was kind, courteous and professional. Cookie made me feel welcomed from the start. Office was immaculate, well lit and orderly. Nurse was professional also. Dr. Binder was thorough and listened to my history. Was lucky to get an appointment as she had a cancellation spot when I called.
