Patient satisfaction ratings and reviews are based on personal opinions. Before you choose any doctor you should take into account their background, training, specialized experience AND their patient satisfaction to ensure they are the right fit for you.
I am an audiologist. I test hearing to evaluate for hearing loss and tinnitus. Provide rehabilitation options for hearing loss and tinnitus including hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and tinnitus treatment program/devices. Patients are often tired and disappointed about being unable to hear their loved ones as a result of hearing loss. They often retreat from social gatherings as a result of hearing difficulties and often decrease their activity level in general. When they do begin to hear better with hearing aids, they often return to the activities they enjoyed prior to their hearing loss like meeting with family members, attending family events at restaurants or parties (or other difficult listening environments) and report that they generally enjoy life more. This is the most rewarding part of my career.
