I was hopeful but I'm done. I have thyroid problems that haven't been regulated for a long time. Staff has never been helpful (last straw was today when I asked to do an over-the-phone visit instead of in-office because I was sick, and I got a snotty "you'll be charged $25 for canceling" response)...more
