Dr. Cook came into my life not by choice but God new I needed an angel on earth. After a botched SCS placement and leaking spinal fluid for 20+days Dr. Judson Cook saved me.... not only was I giving up on myself but the pain was making me want to give up my life. Everyday he came to see me and checkin.Christmas suprised me,there he was sitting on my bed eating a cookie. He new I missed my kids and what that could do to my recovery so he got me out of the woods and home 2 recover. Ty isn't enough

Busy as can be but always seems to be able to spend all the time necessary to answer any questions. This is the third time my wife has used him for different procedures, the latest being major back surgery that took about 6 hours to complete. She is better than ever and we're thrilled with Dr. Cook and his entire staff.
