Absolutely wonderful. I had a specific problem and was told by another Dr. that I needed surgery immediately. He scared me so much that I called Georgia Eye and asked for the next appointment with any of their doctors. I saw Dr. Piros 2 weeks later. She was so calm, understanding and made me feel much more comfortable. I didn't have the surgery until I was able to move from my home up north which was 4 months later. Everything was great. I do have to wait when I see her, but I never feel rushed.

I had an appt. for an examin as well as to check for MRSA on the eye lids. She looked @ my lids without any lights on or special equipment & stated it was nothing. I had a 1PM apt and never got out of there until 5:30. My actual eye exam went unnoticed, then a nurse asked what I was waiting 4 & I explained my eye exam. The actual exam took all of five minutes, in my opinion, not a very good exam. I would never return to this establishment & would never recommend it, especially Dr. Piros.

It took me 6 weeks to get an appointment with Piro. The appointment was scheduled for 9:10 today, April 13. I arrived at 9:00 AM. After waiting several minutes, someone from the back (who was busy talking to 2 other associates) came see why I was there. He told me Piros was on call and they did not know when she would show up. No one called and no one cared I missed 3 hours of work for nothing. Instead of Total Eye Care, they should be called Totally, Who Cares?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
