My sister and I recently accompanied our mom to an appointment she had with Dr. Cummings. Our mom had fallen in 2017 and broke her shoulder in two places, broke two ribs, injured her knee, and cracked her tibia. The following year she had to have a knee replacement, and fell again shorty after returning home. Our mom got a dangerous VRE infection in her knee and had to see an infectious disease doctor, who referred us to Dr. Cummings. Thank God. Dr. Cummings was professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, respectful, and really listened to our mom. He explained the options she had with respect to knee with very specific detailed information. We have seen at least eight other doctors during this process and Dr. Cummings was one of the best we've seen in regards to the traits above. Thank you Dr. Cummings for treating our mom with dignity.

My one appt with this 'Dr" was one too many. Very arrogant, worst bedside manner I've experienced, ever! I'd just been released from hospital with diagnosis of bone cancer & he treated me like he didn't want to waste his time on a patient who may not have long to live. Fortunately for me, found a competent & caring orthopedic oncologist & didn't have to return to this doctor. When you have a difficult medical journey ahead, you need exceptional care...do yourself a favor & avoid Dr Cummings!

My first impression of Dr Cummings was very positive!! Very nice/kind and caring. I'm 70 years old and felt very comfortable in his office. The reception area was also friendly and that makes a big difference for me. FYI...my injury was a broken arm/wrist
