This is the most incompetent physician I have ever encountered. He had my wife in the hospital for two days and could not figure out how to get an MRI done. Dr Serrato is a complete idiot.

Dr. came highly recommended but I was highly disappointed. Office staff do not return calls and long wait times. After surgery Dr. Serrato never went to waiting room to talk to my husband, never came to see me, and it took the hospital over an hour to locate him so he could release me from post op via phone. Follow up has been even worse. The icing on the cake was the large bill sent to insurance for an "surgical assistant" for a 15-20 minute routine surgery.

scheduled appointment 24 days out , when I went to the office I signed in, paid my co payment and after 1 hour they told me the MD was 1 hour behind and I would have to reschedule, so I asked for an appointment next week, due to conflicting schedule in the afternoon, if I took the 1 pm appointment was told it would still be a wait due to his schedule being off. no appointments next wk was told the next available appointment was in late September, so now 60 days to wait. This is poor service.
