I am new to Ocala and went in for a new patient Appt.. The Dr Medical assistant was very kind and down to earth.. So opposite to Dr Maldanado!! She came bursting into the examine room like a tornado.. She was running an hour behind.. She spoke in broken English and so fast that I had to ask her to repeat herself through out the conversation.. She kept repeating herself asking me what was on my leg and I had to tell her 4 times it was psoriasis!!! Needless to say I did not make a follow up Appt..

I really like Dr. Maldonado. However, her staff is unresponsive in returning phone calls and helping patients, especially when they are in pain.
