Dr. Strauss needs to be more considerate of his patient's time. My mother had to wait 3 hours to be seen. And, then say she is used to it?! Disrespectful behavior and highly unprofessional.

I came to Dr Strauss with such a long list of medical issues and experiences. More than 3 typical patients. I find this to overwhelm most new Drs but Dr Strauss and his assistant both took the time and patience to be extremely thorough gathering all of my info, explaining a diagnostic approach and listening to all of my questions and concerns. As a former nurse I can tell how immersed a Doctor is and will be in my care, and how proactive they will be. I felt 100 percent comfortable with this Dr!

My son & I were most pleased at this Monday’s morning we spend at the Simon Cancer Center. Anticipating a “factory or assembly line like” atmosphere I was in awe at the efficiency, easy flow & general warmth of the facility and most certainly of the staff and the patients. There was a very positive & hopeful feeling which speaks to a well-thought-out process. I left with a feeling of confidence in having a professional, Dr. Strauss, willing to listen, teach & develop a plan me and my family.

Wait times can vary, sometimes longer than other times but the wait is well worth it. I always get the best advice from Dr. Strauss. He spends a great deal of time once he is seeing you and I appreciate his conservative treatment options.
