I did my research and found he was military, which explains his matter-of-fact demeanor, which I'm used to coming from a military family. There is no chance of recommending Dr. Moss to anyone I know. I have never been treated so rudely. We were referred to him by the Emergency room and I will not return. He had no solutions, no recommendations and was just down right rude.
