Care Philosophy

I take care of people in pain. I am motivated to help my patients, to give them a better experience than others they have encountered, and to give them more relief and functionality than they had before they met me. There is a lot of emotion tied up with chronic pain: depression, anxiety, and guilt over not being able to fulfill their responsibilities. My patients tell me that I am a good listener; often, I am the first doctor who believed them when they said they were in severe pain.Read more

Narcassist, one track minded individual who listens to you but cares less. I highly doubt he is even a real doctor as you don't need yo be one to push this guy's crap he fills patients full of. The fancy office, exam rooms, all one big show people!
in Winchester, NH |
A very arrogant individual, not concerned with working with patients as much as pushing "product." 798$ charge to our insurance just for one standard urine screen, scammer formerly of the PainCare in Newington NH who vacated years ago leaving patients behind without warning. Beware!
in Barnstead, NH |
DO NOT GO to him. He puts you on very high dose pain medicine. Then finds a reason to drop you. And has is office people tell you not himself. The he sends some withdrawal medicine to a pharmacy that I never used at all while I was seeming him. Because he sent to the wrong pharmacy they couldn't check on interactions with my heart medicine that could of killed me.

I was seeing Dr Greenspan for back pain, during this time one of my pee test showed Morphine, at first I didn't know why, the next day I remembered that I was at a cookout and having a lot of pain, someone told me they had a pain med that was same as what I was on. I called her and asked her if it was Morphine, she said yes,(very low dose) DR Greenspan put me on probation but called on day of my appointment and said he wouldn't see me! Very unprofessional, I am 57 and do NOT abuse drugs,

Do not go to this Dr. He only helps who he wants to. His staff will laugh at you when you turn your back! The place is a joke!

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
