The whole experience gave us the answers we were looking for in regards to our 2 year old daughter. The office was clean but the patient restroom in the exam area needed cleaning. My daughter pointed out fecal matter on the wall next to the trash can. The staff were helpful and friendly mostly. It took three attempts to schedule her follow-up appointments and referrals all on the same day, since we live 3 hours away. I found a very helpful secretary that made it happen.
