In Gastroenterology as in Medicine in general, the most important way to take proper care of the patient is to listen first and perform a good examination. After that, the appropriate tests may be ordered. I have a particular interest in problems of swallowing, chronic reflux and heartburn. My other significant interest is the different forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (colitis, Crohn's)
