VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I made an appointment for both my parents for this doctor (i should've known from the start on the way they handled the call) my parents arrived 15 minutes late and when they arrived my parents were yelled at by the DOCTOR AND STAFF! They were extremely rude, I called and asked not see them because the doctor was upset for their 15 MINUTES TARDINESS and due to their attitude and OLGA just kept saying BYE BYE...VERY RUDE!! NEVER AGAIN!!
